NEUTRAL PASTE PREPARATION UNIT 

The thickener is automatically prepared starting from powder auxiliaries (stored in 450 lt. capacity silos) and from liquid auxiliaries (volumetrically dosed on the liquid dispenser). The preparation unit is located on loading cells and fitted with a mixer. The thickener is then transferred into the storage tanks.

The dispenser is provided with an electromagnetic flowmeter, the counting of the liquid products are then transferred through a pump to the paste preparation unit.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

 

   
  • Dispenser with stainless steel body.

  • Proportional dosing valve in stainless steel or PVC (depending on application) mounted on mobile plate.

  • Valve washing system with water or solvent (depending on application) at the end of each dosing cycle.

  • Elevated storage of solvent based products that require PP or stainless steel tanks, with loading/recycling/delivery by our stations fitted with diaphragm pumps.

  • Products fed directly from the supplier’s drums and an empty drum is simply changed with a full one (this avoids the passage from drum to storage tank thereby optimising product handling times).

  • Recycling/valve feed pumps for products that are dense or require periodical mixing (e.g. liquid pigments).

  • Variable speed mixer, either in normal version or explosion-proof, fitted with washing system with water or solvent (optional container rotation system available).

  • Weigh scales with different capacities and resolutions, depending on the batches being prepared, starting from 6 kg (for samples) up to 2000 kg.

  • Drums handled by powered roller conveyor or wheeled tanks.

  • Weigh scales raised/lowered by pantograph.

  • Color Service Supervisor plant control.

The management software is created by our team of programmers and enables connection of the supervisor to database systems,spectrophotometers, recipe management software.
